Shipping

Processing Time:  Order processing time is typically 1-3 days.  Take note of the announcement bar of the home page for current shipping times.  I take pride in boxing and shipping your orders as fast as possible.  I appreciate you as a customer and want you to experience your handcrafted indulgence ASAP.  In the extremely rare case of unexpected delay, I will contact you via email with additional information.

Delivery Method:  Most packages will ship Priority Mail, USPS.  Occasionally, UPS will offer a faster delivery method, or may be a more economical method for larger orders. In this case, I will utilize UPS.  You will receive a tracking number for your shipment with the provider used.

Order Protection:  I offer optional order protection for damaged or missing deliveries via 3rd party.  If you choose to include it, you may purchase at an additional charge via 3rd party based on cart value.  Order Protection is available in the cart checkout process.  By utilizing this service, you agree to the 3rd party privacy policies as outlined in our privacy policy here.  

Missing/Stolen Packages:  If you have included the optional order protection service, please contact Encased directly per instructions provided by them.  If order protection was not purchased, please note that Dreamy Suds is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of packages.  If the package has not been delivered per the tracking information, please contact the shipping provider directly and follow their instructions.

Shipping Locations:  Shipment address must be a US address.  I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Cancellations and Returns

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order any time prior to shipment - just send me an email.  If your order has shipped, all sales are final.

Order Returns:  Given the personal nature of my products, I do not accept returns, all sales are final.  If a product or package is damaged, please see above.  If you have another concern, please contact me directly.

General Information

General Product Warnings:  All products are for external use only.  Use only as directed.  It is the user's responsibility to use the products in the manner in which they're intended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.  Dreamy Suds LLC is not responsible for injury or irritation with product use.

Allergen Information:  Ingredients are listed for every product on the product page.  It is the user's responsibility to be aware of personal allergens.
